About Us
The company was established in 1947. With over 60 years of experience in the field, we have firmly established ourselves as a highly reputed trading firm in Kuwait.
Our range of products includes food commodities under our own brands, such as tea from Ceylon, coffee beans from India, and spices sourced from India and Guatemala. We are also the distributors of Meiji Seika from Singapore and Central Vista from Malaysia.
We maintain a highly efficient marketing and distribution network that covers wholesale markets, co-operatives, and grocery outlets across Kuwait, supported by a dedicated fleet of trucks and two spacious warehouses for our product range. This includes a two-storey warehouse adjacent to our office, with a fully refrigerated ground floor.

A Vision Takes Root
Founded by the late Mr. Abdullatif Almunayes, a visionary entrepreneur, as one of Kuwait’s earliest licensed companies.
1954
Defining Our Craft
Launch of our first signature product — Pure Ceylon Black Tea (BOP1) in its iconic yellow packaging, setting the foundation for quality and trust.
1985
Global Partnerships
Introduction of Meiji, bringing globally recognized products such as Hello Panda, Yan Yan, Chocorooms, and Uproll to the region.

Expanding Horizons
Launch of Central Vista, expanding our portfolio with a diverse range of snack products.

Introduction of the Papadoms range, offering chickpea nachos, lentil crisps, and lentil chips

Opening of our first flagship store, bringing the Almunayes experience closer to our customers.
